Farmer confirmed as South Carolina’s director of insurance
It has been reported that Raymond Farmer has been confirmed by the South Carolina Senate as director of the department of insurance.
South Carolina governor Nikki Haley appointed Farmer to the role on 13 November 2012.
Farmer served as the deputy insurance commissioner of the enforcement division for the Georgia Department of Insurance and more recently as the vice president for the American Insurance Association.
