Aaron Brown joins Lockton as senior vice president (SVP) of EMEA Sales and Global Benefits Financing Lead. The move comes after more than 11 years at MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN). Brown was most recently Regional Director - EMEA Business Development at MAXIS GBN. In his new full-time role at Lockton in the London Area, United Kingdom, which begins this month, Brown focuses on EMEA Sales and leading Global Benefits Financing. During his time at MAXIS GBN, Brown held various roles, including Regional Director - UK & Ireland. In his EMEA Business Development role, he led a team of 25 global employee benefit experts dedicated to servicing multinational customers through offices in London, Paris, and Zurich. This role focused on Employee Benefit Risk Financing, specialising in Global Employee Benefits Strategy, Captive Risk Transfer, multinational pooling, and alternative financing strategies. Prior to MAXIS, Brown was a Multinational Account Manager at MetLife for two years, where he supported the management of global relationships between MetLife and Global Corporate clients. Lockton is an independent insurance broker with over 13,100 Associates doing business in more than 140 countries.
