Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. today announces the appointment of Steve Keogh, Chief Operating Officer, and Brendan Mulshine, Chief Revenue Officer, to the additional roles of Co-Presidents. The Co-Presidents report to Chief Executive Officer, Tim Turner. They succeed Jeremiah Bickham, who transitions from President to serve as a strategic advisor until the end of the year. Pat Ryan, Ryan Specialty’s Founder and Executive Chairman, states that the promotions “demonstrate the deep roster of executive talent we have at our firm”. Ryan adds that as the firm “continues on its path of sustainable and profitable growth, we will benefit from their leadership, their knowledge of our business, and their insurance expertise”. Mr. Turner says he looks forward to "leveraging their experience to continue to drive our success”. He also notes his excitement about working more closely with them "to carry forward the significant momentum we have achieved”. Keogh joined Ryan Specialty in May 2025 and brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience. His prior experience includes executive roles at Aon, such as President of Commercial Risk Solutions. Mulshine has been with Ryan Specialty since 2012 and also has over 30 years of insurance industry experience. As Chief Revenue Officer, he maintains strategic relationships with brokers, agents, and carrier trading partners. Before joining Ryan Specialty, Mulshine held several leadership roles at Aon over an 18-year period. Commenting on the departure of the former president, Mr. Ryan thanks Bickham for his nearly 14 years of "exceptional service" and for assisting the firm in achieving milestones, including numerous successful M&A transactions and being integral in taking the company public. Turner adds, “We thank Jeremiah for his dedication, hard work, leadership and willingness to take on a variety of important roles over the years”. Bickham congratulates the new Co-Presidents, stating, “It has been an incredible privilege to serve Ryan Specialty in multiple capacities over the last 14 years”. He also thanks Pat Ryan and Tim Turner for their guidance.
