Aon has appointed Simon Chisholm as Chairman of Asia for Reinsurance Solutions, effective January 1, 2026. Based in Singapore, Chisholm reports to Soeren Soltysiak, CEO of Reinsurance Solutions in Asia. In his new role, he leads the Reinsurance Solutions’ Global Clients Segment for the Asia region. He will continue to focus on deepening relationships with key clients in Japan and Thailand. Chisholm brings nearly four decades of experience, including leadership roles supporting Aon’s largest global reinsurance clients. The firm highlights his ability to align client needs with strategic solutions across diverse markets in Asia, Europe, and the US. His appointment reinforces Aon’s commitment to delivering tailored insights and value to multinational clients.
