MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) appoints Damian Allepuz as its new Regional Director – EMEA. Allepuz moves up from his previous role as Regional Manager for Western Europe to join the global Business Development (BD) team. He takes over from Aaron Brown, who is leaving the company for a new opportunity in the employee benefits intermediary market. In his new position, Allepuz is responsible for all outbound business development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He will lead the MAXIS GBN BD teams in the region, focusing on delivering the best service for clients, network members, and intermediaries. Since joining MAXIS in 2020, Allepuz and his team have doubled the premium volume with Western European multinationals and tripled the number of large European captive clients. He has established excellent relationships with our clients in Western Europe and he will provide the same great service across EMEA.” Allepuz has over 22 years’ experience in the insurance industry, holding several senior sales positions. He holds a General Management degree from Louvain School of Management and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. He speaks four languages and is originally from Spain. MAXIS GBN works with over 300 multinational clients, providing employee benefits risk management services and solutions through its network of local insurers in over 100 markets globally.
