Dalpiaz joins the full-service insurance and risk management firm with deep expertise and leadership in innovative risk solutions. A Hylant representative says the company is “excited for the impact he’ll make as we continue to grow and evolve our captive capabilities”. Dalpiaz was previously the Regional Practice Leader at Roundstone for over two years, from August 2023 to September 2025. Roundstone specialises in helping small and mid-sized organisations offer competitive health benefits by self-funding insurance through its group medical captive. He also worked as an independent Consultant in self-employed benefits consulting from May 2025 to September 2025. Earlier in his career, he served as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Leverity Insurance Group, Inc. for 10 months and as Vice President of Employee Benefits at The Fedeli Group for nearly three years. The firm offers a wide range of services, with a Global Captive Solutions team that advises on single-parent, group, and cell captives. This new appointment further strengthens Hylant's comprehensive captive consulting service.
