BindHQ, IPFS and AndDone partner on integrated payments

BindHQ has announced a new strategic partnership with IPFS and AndDone to embed payment and premium finance capabilities directly into its agency management platform. The integration allows BindHQ’s MGA, MGU, and wholesale broker users to offer insureds instant digital payment and financing solutions without leaving their core workflow. AndDone powers the digital payments functionality, while IPFS provides the embedded financing options. The collaboration aims to streamline the insurance transaction process from quote to bind, and the launch coincides with the WSIA Annual Marketplace in San Diego. According to BindHQ Founder & CEO Cristian Joe, the partnership helps customers "accelerate bind, improve cash flow, and deliver a modern payment experience their producers and insureds will love." He adds that partnering with AndDone and IPFS lets users "tap best-in-class financing and a frictionless payment layer—without juggling multiple systems." IPFS Vice President of Business Development Rick Franklin says the organisation is proud to "work alongside BindHQ and AndDone to deliver a seamless payment journey for agents and insureds alike." AndDone Vice President Chase Courtney adds, "Collaborating with BindHQ aligns perfectly with our goals, enabling us to offer better payment integrated solutions that address the unique challenges of the insurance industry." The new functionality reflects a shared commitment among the three organisations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction through integrated technology.
