Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquires Bremer Insurance Agencies
Arthur J. Gallagher has promulgated the acquisition of Minnesota-based Bremer Insurance Agencies. Bremer, a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp, is a property and casualty insurance brokerage serving commercial, agricultural, and personal lines clients in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Travis Hoaglund, president of Bremer, and the rest of his team will operate under the stewardship of the head of Gallagher’s Great Lakes region retail property and casualty brokerage operations, Sean Gallagher. Chairman and CEO, J Patrick Gallagher, Jr., says that the acquisition will “expand our retail brokerage offering in the Upper Midwest,” and he is “very pleased to welcome Travis and his associates to Gallagher”.
