WTW announces leadership changes in health and benefits Southeast Asia

Global advisory, broking, and solutions company WTW has announced three new leadership appointments within its health and benefits business in Southeast Asia. Fong Han Wei joins the company as head of health and benefits for Singapore, having spent over 10 years as the global benefits Singapore lead for another broker, with his expertise spanning strategic consulting, governance frameworks, data analytics, and benefits advisory. The current head of strategic development, health and benefits, APAC, Eva Liu, has expanded her role to encompass leading WTW’s health and benefits in Southeast Asia, bringing with her over two decades of experience in client management and consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, including claims and operations management, Lim Choo Ho will oversee health and benefits in Malaysia after leading business development for eight years, bringing knowledge on market data benchmarking, benefits harmonisation, and risk management. Royston Tan, WTW’s head of health and benefits APAC, says that: “We are thrilled to welcome Han Wei to WTW and to see both Eva and Choo Ho take on expanded leadership roles.” He adds: “Their combined expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving our health and benefits business forward in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.”
