Alexandre Rizk has been promoted from his role as account executive in MAXIS GBN’s Western Europe, Middle East, and Africa (WEMEA) inbound development team to director of global relationship management. Nannecy Dulin has been appointed regional director of MAXIS GBN’s Asia Pacific branch, from her previous role as account director, Global Benefits Management at Mercer Marsh. In Rizk’s new role, he will oversee MAXIS GBN’s inbound development strategy in EMEA and the Americas, working closely with the company’s chief business development officer to manage relationships with consultants and brokers, both regional and global. He says he is “delighted to be taking on this new role,” citing his decade-long experience as key to potential success going forward. Dulin, meanwhile, says it is “an exciting time of growth and opportunities” for MAXIS GBN, and she looks forward to applying the experience she has gathered throughout her career in her new role. The pair will both be working closely with Paul Lews, MAXIS GBN’s chief business development officer, who said: “Alexandre has been instrumental to the success of the inbound business development team over the years.” He goes on to add, “I’m also pleased to welcome Nannecy to the team. Her vast expertise across APAC – as both an insurer and an intermediary – will be a huge asset to our Business Development team, and I’m excited to see the impact she can make in the region.” Rizk is multilingual, with over a decades worth of experience for MAXIS GBN — in both London and Paris — and has a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Dulin boasts over 15 years of leadership experience in the global employee benefits industry, contributing to many complex EB programmes across the APAC region, in addition to working for both global insurers and brokers.
