Hylant Global Captive Solutions has appointed Adam McDade as a captive account manager, joining the team as the firm continues to expand its client offering. McDade brings a decade of experience across both public and private-sector roles. He most recently served as a financial analyst at the South Carolina Department of Insurance, where he worked for more than two years. He also spent seven years with Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, holding a range of customer service and life consultancy positions, and began his career at BancorpSouth and Mutual of Omaha. In his new role at Hylant, McDade will support and grow customised insurance solutions tailored to clients’ individual risk profiles, with responsibilities including programme administration, compliance and strategic planning. Hylant confirmed the appointment in a post on LinkedIn, stating: “Adam joins us as a captive account manager, bringing his experience, insights, and passion for client success to the table.
