Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has promoted Andrew Hupman to head of office for SRS Bermuda, a move the firm says further strengthens its leadership team in one of the world’s most prominent captive insurance markets. Hupman has been part of the SRS Bermuda team since 2008 and currently serves as managing director. He will continue to provide services to his existing insurance clients in his new role, while assuming broader leadership responsibilities for the Bermuda office. Over the course of his tenure at SRS, Hupman has played a key role in developing the firm's insurance management capabilities, contributing to its reputation for high-quality captive and risk solutions. He brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the role, including deep insight into the insurance agency and brokerage sectors. Jonathan Reiss, who previously led the Bermuda office, will now take on the role of chair. He will continue to support the firm’s operations by serving existing clients and offering strategic input on Bermuda market developments. Announcing the changes via LinkedIn, SRS stated that the new appointments would ensure continued delivery of “exceptional insurance management services” to clients across the jurisdiction.
