Capterra Risk Solutions has appointed Terasa Fenters as account manager, strengthening its client servicing capabilities as it continues to expand in the captive insurance space. Fenters joins the firm from TEKsystems, where she served as an account manager, and previously held sales and event-focused roles at Gecko Robotics and the University of Pittsburgh. Her early career includes experience in technology, analytics, and workforce solutions, with a consistent focus on delivering tailored support to clients. Fenters initially connected with Capterra through a hands-on internship, which sparked a deeper interest in risk management and captive insurance. In her new role, she will support clients with customised risk strategies while furthering her technical expertise — including pursuit of the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation. She holds a degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh, with additional coursework in business and accounting.
