Fleming Insurance Holdings has launched REvolve, a new platform designed to streamline and enhance retrospective reinsurance transactions through a combination of proprietary technology, data analytics and artificial intelligence. Announced on 22 July, REvolve aims to improve the recurring transfer of legacy liabilities by enabling better risk evaluation, more efficient deal execution, and ongoing performance insights for counterparties and stakeholders. The platform integrates three of Fleming’s existing tools into a single offering: PlannedLPT, introduced in 2019, allows for known pricing and structured solutions that avoid exposure volatility and reduce information asymmetry; ReSolveRisk provides in-depth scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support accurate liability pricing at any point in the claims lifecycle; meanwhile, RevealAI applies machine learning and data aggregation to identify high-risk claims and unlock operational efficiencies. Fleming says the platform reflects a shift towards “revolving capital solutions” in the run-off market, offering counterparties more predictable and repeatable options for managing long-tail liabilities. Operating across the US, Bermuda, Cayman, the UK and the EU, Fleming provides a broad range of reinsurance and capital solutions for property and casualty (re)insurers, with a focus on legacy business, liquidity support and structured risk transfer.
