CIC Services appoints Jake Ridgway as VP of people and operation

CIC Services has appointed Jake Ridgway as vice president of people and operations, strengthening its leadership team as the firm continues to expand its footprint in the captive insurance sector. Ridgway brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and organisational leadership across a range of industries, including technology, analytics, and information services. In his new role, he will oversee HR and operational functions to drive company-wide effectiveness, support employee engagement, and ensure alignment with CIC Services’ long-term strategic objectives. Prior to joining CIC Services, Ridgway served as senior vice president of people at Health Union, where he was part of the executive team and led initiatives focused on inclusion, culture, and performance alignment. He has also held senior roles at Comscore, where he managed global talent acquisition and supported the firm’s growth from 300 to over 2,000 employees across 20 countries. Bryan Ridgway, principal and chief operating officer at CIC Services, says: “Jake is a respected leader with deep expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement and operational alignment. “His experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve clients with sophisticated, compliant captive insurance solutions.” The appointment comes as CIC Services continues to build out its consulting team and expand its capabilities in delivering tailored, compliant captive insurance solutions to clients across the US.
