CIC Services has appointed Jake Ridgway as vice president of people and operations, strengthening its leadership team as the firm continues to expand its footprint in the captive insurance sector. Ridgway brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and organisational leadership across a range of industries, including technology, analytics, and information services.
