PMA Management has appointed Jeff Steiner as senior vice president of enterprise solutions and finance. Steiner brings more than 30 years of experience across the TPA, insurance, risk management and managed care sectors. He joins PMA from Method Workers’ Comp, where he served as chief claims officer from August 2023 to April 2025. His prior leadership roles include senior vice president of workers’ compensation and general manager at Bardavon, and senior vice president of workers’ compensation claim operations at York Risk, formerly Avizent. In his new role, Steiner will oversee enterprise-level financial and operational initiatives aimed at supporting PMA’s long-term growth strategy. His appointment reflects the firm's continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and advancing integrated risk management solutions for its clients.
