Benedict Burke, a highly respected figure in the insurance claims sector, joins Lockton Companies as an associate. Burke brings over three decades of extensive industry experience to his new part-time role at the global broker. His appointment follows his retirement from Crawford & Company in June 2024, where he spent over 15 years in various senior leadership capacities. Most recently, he served as chief client officer, global client development for over eight years, playing a pivotal role in global client engagement strategies. His tenure at Crawford also includes positions such as senior vice president and head of global markets, as well as CEO for the UK and Ireland.
