HDI Global has bolstered its Risk Finance Solutions division, HDI Enablers, with the appointment of two senior executives. Nelson Castellanos has joined as vice president of global markets and Fabien Guilhot has been appointed insurance technics director. They both report to Eric Joly-Pottuz, head of HDI Enablers, who in turn reports to Dirk Höring, executive board member responsible for property, engineering and marine insurance, as well as HDI Risk Consulting. Castellanos was previously chief partnership officer at HDI Embedded and brings substantial experience in market engagement and external communications. He will focus on developing HDI’s visibility in the risk finance space, including through industry event participation and partnerships. Guilhot, who has a background in property underwriting, will drive global product development and serve as the division’s lead authority on compliance, policy wording, and coverage.
