The Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA) has launched the ‘Next-Gen Risk Takers’ challenge, a speaking competition for emerging risk professionals. The initiative offers participants a platform to share their insights and experiences with a live audience while honing public speaking skills. Winners will present at PARIMA’s flagship conference in Singapore, scheduled for 29-30 October 2025. PARIMA president Annacel Natividad states: “The ‘Next-Gen Risk Takers’ challenge reflects PARIMA’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent in risk management. We are excited to provide these emerging professionals with a platform to amplify their voices, drive innovation and contribute to shaping the future of the industry. “The challenge will also be an avenue for forward-thinking professionals to acquire knowledge and experience from seasoned experts in the field.” The inaugural event will span three cities in 2025: Bangkok on 13 March, Kuala Lumpur on 22 May, and Hong Kong on 25 September.
