SIGMA welcomes Moncher as new consultant
Richard B. Moncher has joined SIGMA Actuarial Consulting Group as a consultant, bringing more than 37 years of experience in the industry. Previously, he worked as a senior consultant at Octagram Analytics. Prior to that, he was director and actuary at USAA, and he served as VP of Corporate Actuarial and Personal Lines at Farmers Insurance. Moncher specialises in improving pricing accuracy and leveraging analytics to drive strategic decisions and growth of businesses. He holds a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Pennsylvania State University.
