Missouri Captive Insurance Association welcomes Bernards
The Missouri Captive Insurance Association (MOCIA) has welcomed Ellen Sue Bernards as its newest board member. Bernards is a senior vice president in alternate risk finance practice at Lockton Companies, with a focus on alternative risk programmes, captive and risk retention group consultation, and collateral strategies. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Certified Public Accountant designations. Commenting on the appointment, Bernards states: “I am excited and honoured to represent Lockton as the newest board member of the MOCIA.
