Ardonagh Group will acquire Mansutti S.r.l, the commercial lines business of Italian insurance broker Mansutti S.p.A. According to the company’s announcement, the move follows the recent Ardonagh’ acquisition of Italian broker Mediass, and its acquisition of reinsurance and MGA business Teksure. The team of 30 professionals at Mansutti S.r.l will continue to serve their clients and contribute to Ardonagh’s expansion across Europe. Mansutti S.r.l serves more than 8,000 customers across various SME lines, including liability, property, employee benefits, automotive and marine, with a gross written premium totaling €45.5 million.
