edHEALTH adds two new educational institutions

Two new educational institutions have joined edHEALTH, the healthcare programme that is part of edRISK, a Vermont-domiciled sponsored captive. edHEALTH is a consortium of educational institutions aiming to provide greater healthcare-related savings and services through group purchasing, ownership and data-driven programmes. The institutions are Husson University in Maine and The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey. These new additions take the total number of schools to 27. Husson University is edHEALTH’s second higher educational institution in Maine, and The Lawrenceville School is the programme’s first private secondary school. Tracy Hassett, edHEALTH president and CEO, comments: “Husson University and The Lawrenceville School are two excellent educational institutions we are honoured to have as edHEALTH member-owners.” She adds: “We look forward to helping them to control healthcare costs while collaborating with their team to continue to create opportunities that support their employee health-related needs.”
