Marsh to launch global cyber practice

Marsh is to launch a new Marsh Specialty global cyber practice on 1 January 2024. The practice will integrate all of Marsh’s cyber capabilities across insurance, risk intelligence, incident management, and cybersecurity around the world. The team will be led by Tom Reagan, currently cyber practice leader for the US and Canada, Marsh Specialty. His new role will be global specialty head of cyber. Remaining in New York, Reagan will be responsible for delivering transactional and advisory services that enable clients around the world to better identify, measure and manage their cyber risks. Meredith Schnur, currently cyber brokerage leader for the US and Canada, will succeed Reagan as cyber practice leader for the US and Canada. Greg Eskins, currently cyber product leader, US and Canada, will lead a new global cyber insurance centre. The centre will oversee the development and delivery of cyber insurance solutions that aim to address current and emerging risk issues around the world. He will be based in Miami. Additionally, Brian Warszona, who most recently served as deputy UK Cyber Practice Leader, will lead a new global cyber digital centre. The digital centre will oversee the development and deployment of innovative digital delivery tools and resources for clients. He will relocate to Chicago from London. This leadership reshuffling will also take place on 1 January. Commenting on the launch, Pat Donnelly, president of Marsh Specialty and Global Placement, says: “Cyber risk remains an urgent, ongoing and constantly evolving challenge for organisations around the world. “By bringing together Marsh’s full suite of market-leading cyber capabilities into one global specialty practice under Tom’s leadership, we will be even better positioned to help clients and communities manage their cyber risk and realise their possibilities in today’s digital economy.”
