Ryan Specialty has completed the acquisitions of Socius Insurance (Socius), Point6 Healthcare (Point6) and ACE Benefit Partners (ACE). Based in Chicago, Ryan Specialty is a specialty insurance firm providing risk management services. Headquartered in North Carolina, Socius is an international wholesale broker. It has acquired certain assets of Texas-based Point, a distributor of medical stop loss insurance, pharmacy solutions and complex claims management. In addition, the specialty insurance firm has also acquired certain assets of California-headquartered ACE, a medical stop loss general agent.
