Ben Raun has been appointed director of client consulting at BevCap Management. Texas-based insurance agency BevCap Management is the programme manager for casualty and medical stop loss for multiple domiciles. Raun has more than 15 years in the areas of casualty claims, risk management consulting and customer stewardship roles. He also has knowledge of all lines of property and casualty coverage, captives, self-insured retentions, large deductibles, as well as traditional programmes. Raun joins the agency from Minneapolis-based HNI Risk Services, where he served as account executive. Prior to that, Raun worked as a client advisor at Marsh & McLennan Agency. Commenting on Raun’s appointment, CEO of BevCap Management, Lance Abbott says: “Ben brings extensive experience in the verticals we serve. His strategic leadership on complex placements and ability to translate advanced alternative risk transfer concepts to clients will keep us at the forefront of programme management.”
