Broker EPIC has promoted Kelly Geary to division leader of Illinois-based Lemme, its professional services division. In her new role, Geary will focus on business strategy and execution, thought leadership and claims advocacy. Geary will succeed John Wynn, who led the team for three years and is now focusing on the continued development of the group's professional service offerings. Geary has more than 30 years of experience in professional services, specialty and financial lines insurance. She joined Lemme in 2014 and also serves as the national practice leader of the professional, executive and cyber solutions group, which is part of EPIC’s newly- formed Insurance Capital Solutions Group. John Gaffney, EPIC’s risk management and national specialties chief operating officer, will lead operations for Lemme. Geary comments: “The cross-functional expertise of the Lemme and ICS teams is a key pillar of EPIC’s larger vision to be a leader in providing specialised risk management solutions to clients in complex and diverse industries. This realignment allows for more collaboration and better solutions for our clients.”
