GC&C bolsters team in France

Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) France has appointed Aurélie Julie Beuffé as head of client broker relationship management, effective 1 June 2023. Beuffé will report to Gaëlle Tortuyau, head of GC&C in France. Beuffé has more than 15 years of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance market. Prior to her appointment, Beuffé was in charge of the structuring, management and national coordination of P&C grand courtage within Generali France. Beuffé began her career with Generali in 2009 in the health field, as an insurance operations manager. She was also a property damage underwriter in Generali’s PropPE segment. In 2014, she became IARD (P&C) commercial inspector, and in 2021 IARD (P&C) commercial inspector for the west. Following this, she became IARD (P&C) commercial inspector for France. The broker and client relations team of GC&C France's primary missions are to manage, facilitate and monitor all GC&C actions toward its broker partners and customers. The group has also appointed Vincent Colette as the new head of risk engineering and loss prevention. He will report to Sara Foucher, head of underwriting and prevention of GC&C France. Colette’s responsibilities will extend to advisory and prevention follow-up missions in support of the underwriting teams and with clients in property damage, technical risks and in civil liability. Since 2016, Colette has been GC&C France’s prevention consulting engineer. Before GC&C France, Colette began his career at CNPP, the French risk prevention group, as a sprinklers inspector. He has also served at Paris-headquartered MMA/COVEA Risks as a prevention engineer.
