Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB) has completed its largest digital transformation project to date, eGEB. eGEB is an ecosystem of applications for compliance that can answer new market needs surrounding data privacy, business continuity, cybersecurity and IFRS17 requirements. The eGEB programme will provide GEB with an integrated applications ecosystem and end-to-end processes automation — supplied by Network Partners. eGEB is fully connected to the quotation and renewal processes, supported by the front-end customer relationship management system. It also offers capabilities on underwriting, actuarial and portfolio risk management activities. Ludovic Bayard, CEO of GEB Network, says: “eGEB represents a key step to secure our leading position in the employee benefits market over the long-term and will be truly beneficial to our clients and our business. “Our sector is on the verge of becoming even more data and technology based. With eGEB we further digitalise our processes and workflows, to become more integrated with our global partners platform to allow us to always be at the forefront for our customers.”
