Mosaic Insurance (Mosaic) has appointed Emma Denny and Derrieka Johnson to join its UK and US offices, respectively. Based in London, Denny joins Mosaic as associate vice president, underwriter to support Mosaic’s growing international cyber division. Denny previously served at AXA XL, where she was a member of the London and Lloyd’s cyber team. Prior to AXA XL, she spent nearly five years at Ascent Underwriting. Based in New York, Johnson joins Mosaic as a financial accountant to support its accounting and financial reporting functions. Previously, she spent four years as a financial reporting analyst at Glencore. Mosaic currently has six lines of specialty insurance divisions that include cybersecurity, transactional liability, political risk, political violence, financial institutions and professional liability. Launched 18 months ago, Mosaic now has a team spanning hubs in Bermuda, London, New York, Chicago, and Toronto. Other Mosaic offices are due to open this year in Frankfurt, Dubai and Singapore.
