Risk and Insurance Strategy Consultants (RISCS) has appointed David Hully as a partner. Hully will be responsible for designing and implementing alternative risk transfer (ART) structures for RISCS’ clients. Hully has more than 24 years of international financial services experience encompassing insurance, management consulting, asset management and investment banking. He joins RISCS from Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty where he was senior global key account manager.
