Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), an insurance company manager, has announced Sandrine Bonnefoy and Ernesto Quintana as new additions to the SRS European team. Bonnefoy joins SRS after more than eight years with Marsh, while Quintana hails from Risk and Reinsurance Solutions. The pair will be based in the Luxembourg office, both fulfilling the role of senior account manager, while Quintana will also support the SRS Latin America (Latam) team. The appointment of these two key team members is part of the initial plan to grow the staff locally, as the firm aims to grow its European presence through a five-year strategy plan. Speaking on the announcement, managing director Maxime Schons comments: “I am pleased to have Sandrine and Ernesto joining us simultaneously. “They will reinforce our capacities not only locally for Luxembourg, but across Europe as a whole, as their mix of skills, high motivation, and long experience of working with captives, insurers, and reinsurers will be available to the rest of our French and Latam markets and clients.” Peter Child, SRS Europe CEO, adds: “We are delighted that our growth in Luxembourg and throughout Europe has been sufficiently strong to date so that we can confidently prepare for further growth and once again recruit ahead of the curve by welcoming Sandrine and Ernesto to the team.”
