BevCap Management has appointed Lindsey LeDuc as vice president of HatterasRe operations, the alternative risk management firm’s healthcare medical stop-loss captive. HatterasRe is a partial self-insured healthcare benefit programme that covers potential risks through a reinsurance company, offering transparent corporate governance of captive insurance and stop-loss insurance. In her new role, LeDuc will be responsible for overseeing client experience in the captive programme, bringing 20 years’ experience in healthcare self-funding through captives and related employee benefits. LeDuc previously served as specialty health practice leader at IMA Financial Group, where she was responsible for healthcare innovation, best practices and cost containment strategies.
