Helmsman Management Services has appointed Ryan Burke as senior account executive. In his new role, Burke will be responsible for leading the growth of the third-party administrator’s group captives programme and carrier business. Burke previously held the position of senior national account executive at Davies Group, where he was responsible for the programme design of captives, risk retention groups (RRGs), carrier programmes, loss portfolio transfers, run-off/legacy programmes, and high deductible programmes. Before this, he served as account executive at Assurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency company, and Pearl Insurance, where he had a particular focus on programmes and RRGs. Commenting on his appointment via LinkedIn, Burke says: “I am thrilled to announce that I begin my new journey with Helmsman Management Services.” “I look forward to hitting the ground running and I am excited to join the Helmsman team and to be a part of the Liberty Mutual Insurance organisation.
