Caitlin Morgan acquired by DOXA

DOXA Insurance Holdings has acquired Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services, an Indiana-based managing general underwriter and wholesale brokerage. Caitlin Morgan provides package programmes for industry niches in four key areas: workers’ compensation wholesale brokerage; captive consulting and administration; alternative risk products; and healthcare wholesale brokerage. Following the acquisition, the brokerage will continue to operate with Christopher Murray as president, while Dustin Partlow will continue to lead the captive management division. Having held the position since 2019, Partlow is responsible for overseeing the operations administered by Caitlin Morgan’s captive management group, including the formation and management of captive and risk retention group programmes. DOXA is a Midwest-based holding company that acquires small- to medium-sized managing general agents and other specialty insurance distribution companies. Caitlin Morgan received exclusive financial advice from MarshBerry throughout the transaction.
