Belinda Fortman, the director of captive insurance for the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (TDCI), has left her role. A spokesperson for the TDCI tells Captive Insurance Times: “We thank Belinda for her service to the department and Tennessee’s captive industry. Tennessee is a leader in the captive insurance space and we will work quickly to identify and name the next section director for captives.
