KeyState Captive Management has appointed Erin Duffy as assistant controller at the firm’s captive management team, based in Vermont. This marks the company’s fifth hire at its Vermont office, opened in March 2020. Duffy brings to the firm eight years of accounting and captive management experience, having most recently held the position of account manager at Marsh’s captive management group in Vermont. KeyState offers a variety of investment subsidiary services, including captive management, portfolio management and portfolio credit analysis. The firm’s captive management segment acts as a captive manager for over 80 banks across 23 states, providing independent risk management solutions, independent feasibility assessments and implementation assistance.
