RMC Group hires Scott Strenger to its property and casualty division

Scott Strenger has been appointed as executive director of the property and casualty division at RMC Group. In his new role, Strenger will be responsible for recruiting large commercial insurance clients to the firm’s property and casualty division, as well as developing relationships with new insurance carriers and oversight of the division. Reporting to Mark Elwell, executive vice president of risk, Strenger will also contribute to RMC’s captive insurance, pension and health operations. Strenger joins with 35 years of experience as a strategic advisor to both middle market and multi-national companies after previously working at Marsh, Aon and World Insurance Associates. Commenting on his appointment, Ray Ankner, president and CEO of RMC Group, says: “Scott Strenger is a proven property and casualty expert with a number of years’ experience in the industry. He recognises the need for innovative solutions, understands the markets, and puts his clients first.” “Strenger’s experience will be invaluable to drive business to our property and casualty division, our other divisions, and to build on our reputation as a leader in risk management,” Ankner adds. In January, RMC Group also hired Michael Rindenau as director of marketing, property and casualty division. Rindenau also contributes to the firm’s captive and health operations.
