Management Services International expands team
Captive manager Management Services International (MSI) has made two promotions and expanded its existing team with two new hires. Rosa Garcia, who has worked at MSI for the last eight years, will take on the role of to vice president of operations. Previously, Garcia worked as business director at the firm. Clarissa Toledo, who formerly worked as a project manager since joining in 2015, has now been appointed as operations manager. In addition to the two promotions, MSI has welcomed two new team members. Bryan Montanez has been named as a junior accountant while Amy Ballen has been hired as a sales coordinator.
