Innovative Risk Management adds four new partners

Innovative Risk Management (IRM), a speciality programme management firm, has added four new partners to the business. The new partners, who were appointed to help secure the continued success of the firm, include Chris Lovisone, Brian Ricci, Lisa Hamman, and Jeff Bromberg. Lovisone has held the role of the chief operating officer since 2014, while Ricci has worked as director of marketing since 2011. Hamman, who joined IRM in 1992 and currently serves as vice-president of operations, was one of the first employees hired at the firm and has contributed to the growth and maturation of the organisation in various roles throughout the years. Finally, Bromberg has served as IRM’s general counsel since 2010. Commenting on the new partners, IRM’s founder, president and CEO, Stuart Stagner, said: “It’s with great excitement that I announce the addition of these four individuals as equity partners.” He added: “Each of them have been a critical part of our management team over the last several years and they have added significant value and insight to our company.” IRM administers both captive and specialty insurance programmes from its headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
