William Rogers, a chartered financial consultant, has joined CIC Services as principal.
According to CIC Services, the appointment is in response to the growth the firm has experienced over the last two years, fueled by the bundled programme, warranty programmes and traditional captive programmes.
Rogers started his financial services career as an agent with MassMutual where he served as a senior officer for the company in the capacity of director of agencies for the central region of the US, among other positions.
Since his years with MassMutual, Rogers has been a private investor focusing on small public companies and real estate.
Rogers and CIC Services co-founder Tom King both served concurrently as agency heads in separate cities at MassMutual and were participants in a 'performance group' with eight other MassMutual leaders during that time.
CIC Services founding principal and in-house counsel Sean King, said: “We’re thrilled to have Bill Rogers join the CIC Services team. [He] has been a family friend for many years and brings over forty years of experience helping business owners and professionals, leading high achievers and running businesses of his own to his role at CIC Services. We look forward to what the future brings.”
