McDermott Will & Emery hires Michael Halsband
Michael Halsband has been taken on as partner of McDermott Will & Emery.
Based in New York, Halsband joins with more than 25 years experience combined in the capital markets and reinsurance and insurance industry, as an attorney and in investment banking.
Halsband previously worked at Drinker Biddle & Reath, where he also served as a partner.
His experience includes insurance mergers and acquisitions, structured reinsurance, formation and capital raises for start-ups, insurance-linked securities, and loss portfolio run-off and administration.
