Willis Towers Watson promotes Paul McNiff

Paul McNiff has been appointed as a director in Willis Towers Watson global services and solutions consulting business, based in New York.

This appointment comes as Willis Towers Watson expands its benefit financing team in North America.

In this newly created position, McNiff will consult with employers in all areas of global benefit financing and, specifically, employee benefit captives.

He has been working at Willis Towers Watson for over 12 years, most recently serving as a consulting actuary.

Mark Cook, senior director in Willis Towers Watson’s global services and solutions said: “We are delighted that McNiff has accepted this important role.”

He continued: “His extensive expertise consulting on employee benefit captives, as well as in broader global benefit consulting, will be invaluable in growing this business, particularly as more companies explore and implement captive insurance vehicles for employee benefits as part of a wider integrated risk management programme.”
