Finally, Mike Matthews has joined Artex as commercial director of Artex International. In the newly created role, Matthews will be responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of growth for the international business.
Commenting on the senior leadership changes, Peter Mullen, CEO of Artex, said: “At Artex, we’re committed to providing the best possible service to our customers by ensuring that we have the highest quality industry, professionals. These appointments position our team for even greater innovation and growth in the coming years.”
Nick Heys, CEO of Artex International, commented: “We are extremely grateful for Rob Eastham’s leadership and tenure and delighted that he has agreed to step into an executive chairman role, where he can continue to provide guidance and counsel to Artex and our customers. Scott Cobon is the natural successor for Eastham in this role.”
Heyes added: “Paul Eaton’s new role fits perfectly into this structure and will allow us to focus attention on ILS products and innovation for which we are already well known. We will also benefit from the substantial experience and knowledge that Mike Matthews brings to our team.”
