Marsh has appointed future key leaders for its regional, specialty, and placement teams worldwide, as it prepares to combine its capabilities with Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Group.
The appointments will be effective upon the completion of the acquisition of JLT Group by Marsh’s parent company, Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), which is subject to certain antitrust and regulatory approvals.
All international regional leaders will report to Flavio Piccolomini, president of Marsh International.
Martin South will continue to lead the US and Canada region as president of Marsh US and Canada.
Sarah Robson will remain CEO of Canada, reporting to South.
Dominic Burke, CEO of JLT group will become vice chairman of MMC, a member of the MMC executive committee, and chairman of Marsh-JLT Specialty.
Lucy Clarke will become president of Marsh-JLT Specialty, reporting to Doyle.
Global specialty leaders will report to Clarke, while regional specialty leaders will report to both Clarke and their respective regional leaders.
Dean Klisura will become president of Marsh Global Placement and will lead non-specialty placement operations including Bowring Marsh and existing multi-line placement hubs.
Regional placement leaders will continue in their current positions and report to Klisura and their respective regional leader.
