Alliant adds Guth as new VP

Alliant Insurance Services has hired Daniel Guth as its new vice president.

In his new role, Guth will provide strategic workers’ compensation, risk management, and property and casualty solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Guth has extensive experience in the design and implementation of workers’ compensation strategies, including the delivery of captive and loss sensitive programmes that reduce insurance costs and drive revenue generation.

Additionally, he is skilled in workers’ compensation fraud detection and prevention, claims and reserve consulting, in-depth experience modification analysis, and creative solutions to reduce the cost of risk.

Prior to joining Alliant, Guth, who holds Associate in Risk Management designation, spent more than 22 years at Gallagher, most recently serving as the area practice manager for Orange County, California.

At Gallagher, he specialised in providing integrated insurance and risk management solutions for clients, as well as consulting on complex transactions and claims management across multiple industries.

Bob Bennetsen, executive vice president and senior managing director of Alliant, commented: “Over more than 23 years in the business, Daniel Guth has built a far-reaching expertise that will play a vital role in our growth and expansion.”

“His ability to serve as a trusted risk management advisor has helped clients across a range of industries improve their coverage while strengthening their bottom line.”
