JLT bolsters US team with four senior executives

JLT Insurance Management (IM) has bolstered its US team with the addition of four senior executives.

Stacy Riley has been appointed as assistant captive practice leader, while Susan Muscat, Rob Ramos and Mary Richards have joined as senior account executives.

Riley, who has 20 years of combined public and private sector tax and accounting experience, leaves her previous role as senior tax manager of the captive services group at Crowe Horwath, where she spent 10 years.

Previously assistant vice president and senior account manager at Willis Towers Watson, Muscat brings almost 20 years of experience in the captive market.

Ramos joins JLTIM from USA Risk Group, where he spent nearly 11 years as senior account manager.

Richards rejoins JLTIM, having previously held the role of executive vice president. Her other previous roles include vice president and senior account manager for Champlain Captive Management.

JLTIM CEO Guy Ragosta commented: “With these new hires, JLT Insurance Management adds the captive insurance experience and expertise our clients have come to expect from us.”

He added: “We are all excited to welcome them as integral parts of our growing firm.”
