PARIMA to address emerging risks at Singapore conference

The upcoming Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA) conference is to focus on relevant topics around emerging risks and how to better prepare for the future, according to Franck Baron, chair of PARIMA.

Attendees of the PARIMA conference can expect to hear discussions, dialogues and sessions from professionals within the risk management industry.

Baron said: “In a challenging and dynamic region, the conference will address relevant topics for risk management professionals to be ready to face emerging risks and prepare better the future.”

Topics will include contractual risks, risk management competency, digitalisation, cyber and privacy risks, business continuity, risk technology, audit and compliance, and moving risk management beyond cost management.

The conference will be held in Singapore on 14 November at the JW Marriott South Beach hotel.

Baron added: “From business resilience & sustainability to crisis management and process improvement, PARIMA aims to continue raising risk practice standards."
