Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), a provider of captive management and consulting services announced the results of its annual customer survey.
Over 93 percent of respondents said they were highly satisfied with SRS services with the remainder satisfied.
The survey produced an average customer satisfacton rating of 4.93 on a scale of 1 to 5 (very dis-satisfied to very satisfied). This was an increase from a 4.88 rating in the 2011 survey.
Brady Young, president of SRS, said: "We don't take this for granted and are continuously trying to refine our services and delivery model and make improvements where possible. While we are pleased with this year's results we will not rest until every client gives us on overall assessment of 5."
The survey was conducted in October and November of this year with 42 percent of customers responding.
